TOPIC: Wrong Download URL on Mobile Devices

Hello,

I am facing an issue with downloads on mobile devices: I get 404 error check the urls noted that domain.com part of the url does not exist:

On computer it plays and downloads without any problem
www.example.com/mp3/01_songs.mp3

On Mobile it plays but download URL is as below:
https:///mp3/01_songs.mp3

somehow the base url is not working on Mobile devices ?

I just found out that it happens if Direct Patch is set to Yes. I changed it to No and it works. Any chance of fixing this issue ?

It downloads fine on my Galaxy S5 in chrome

But not for me or my users I tested on: Galaxy A3 (2017) Chrome and Default Samsung browser.
Not working even on iPhone 6S+ Safari.

If I set direct patch to Yes it stops working even on Computer.
