The answer is:

You can reset votes and playing count in #_commedia_data table.

Download count and playing count are store in #__commedia table also in `down_count` and `play_count` columns.

Also You can set up in Commedia options:

Voting limit:

• Day
• Week
• Month
• Year

and Results Summary to No

So if you set 'No' the overall rating will not be the sum of all votes cast (and the playing count too (under the 3.3.3 version)).
