Do You want to play radio stream in Commedia?

If so You should to use directive radiosite with commedia tags:

www.ecolora.org/index.php/demo/commedia/...g-from-http-folder-3

The Commedia dicides that You've put link to http page, if You don't use that directive.

Try to put that tags:

{commedia radiosite}192.81.248.194:8000/;stream.nsv{/commedia}

I've just tested it and it plays fine:

www.ecolora.org/index.php/demo/commedia/...g-from-http-folder-3

As i said You should to change that:
{commedia radiosite}192.81.248.194:8000/;stream.nsv{/commedia}
to that:
{commedia radiosite}http:// 192.81.248.194:8000/;stream.nsv{/commedia} - without spaces!

You should to put http:// at the beginning of Your link to radio.
