I've changed something. So it is always set to direct path on mobile devices.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

I have already checked that problem is not with protocol (http or https).

Direct links work fine. Even right clicking and saving target as works. The issue is when I left click on Download button it redirects to http://mp3/mansour-nazari/single-songs/01_Ya_Mohammad.mp3

It removes the whole domain www.tojtv.com.

I have just recorded the screen using http and https both check it here:
